You should play racquetball in comfortable clothing. Needless to say, if you are playing in a tournament, please check the dress code of the tournament.
Tips for Choosing Racquetball Clothing
* Clothes should not restrict your movements
* Wear lightweight clothes
* Wear Clothes which allow sweat to evaporate
* Clothes should be well ventilated and breathable to keep your body temperature as near normal as possible
* Socks should be chosen so as to keep your feet abrasion free and comfortable
* Racquetball Shoes should be comfortable and correct size to avoid blisters
* Racquetball Gloves should be comfortable, provide you with an iron gip & be breathable at the same time.
* Generally, men wear shorts and women skirts, though this can be changed to suit an individuals preferences.
