As many of you know, the Turning Stone Resort Casino in Verona, NY, is a popular destination here in central New York. Opened in July 1993 by the Oneida Indian Nation of NY, it has become a world-class casino and entertainment venue.

My wife and I recently visited to attend the Ozzmose concert and I spent the night at Sandstone Hollow Inn (see more below). We used the free shuttle service to and from the casino. The gig was awesome and to be honest Ozzmosis is the best Ozzy tribute band you’ll ever see. They were on hand and played a wide variety of songs from Black Sabbath and Ozzy’s solo catalog.

The concert took place at The showroom (see more below). Sound quality was excellent and visibility is excellent from any seat in the venue.

This is a particularly good venue for comedians, etc.

The events center is much larger and can accommodate up to 5,000 people. We saw Motley Crue perform here 8 or 10 years ago.
